Ideally, customer journey mapping would focus on the experience of a single customer in a single scenario with a single goal. This is of course not the reality. If we would build the journey this way the journey map would become too generic, and the customer would miss out on opportunities for new insights questions and experiences.
In this executive event we will look into the basics of customer journeys and challenge the way we work with them today.

He therefore spend a considerable time trying to understand the technical aspects, the value and best possible utilization of a marketing platform which connects brands with customers and marketing with sales in order to share this knowledge and inspire peers and customers.
Mats founded Wednesday Relations 2002 and have extended experience in marketing, sales, digital business and CRM. Mats has worked in line-positions within marketing and sales in Sweden and worldwide. Together with Wednesday Relations, Mats has created a lot of conferences and seminars, and is also a very popular and well-experienced moderator.
