Ed Brocklebank is a Senior Solutions Consultant for Bloomreach Engagement. His combination of marketing, technical and strategic knowledge places him in a unique position to assist companies with their digital marketing challenges. He now advises on how to leverage Bloomreach's Customer Experience Cloud to achieve profitable growth through real-time personalisation and marketing automation.
His passion for digital started in 1999 after reading 'HTML for Dummies' and lovingly crafting his first website, shortly followed by building and managing an e-commerce site for a skiwear business.
Since then he's been around the digital block. Previous roles have included casino games developer, SEO Manager, Running an E-Commerce Team, and Data & Analytics Director for a global digital marketing agency.
